  15. 1.5 Tablespoons Korean sesame oil

  1. Soak the ribs in a cold water bowl for 2 hours to remove the blood.
  2. Boil the ribs with water, peppercorns, bay leaf and some rice wine for 20 minutes. Get the ribs out and use cold water to rinse those ribs.
  3. Mix all the seasoning ingredients. Braised pork ribs with water, seasoning, spring onion, chopped daikon and garlic cloves for 40-60 minutes until the sauce gets thicker. Dish out the ribs and sprinkle some chopped chilli and spring onion. Enjoy. 😋
