- At 1 hour remove the ribs and put them on 2 pieces of heavy duty foil.
- Melt the butter, brown sugar, apple cider and honey in a small pot on low heat. Once melted together, spread liberally over the ribs, top and bottom.
- Close up the foil and put back on the grill for 45 minutes turning once during that time.
- At 45 min. remove the ribs, open the foil and baste them with the BBQ sauce of your choice.
- Place ribs back on the grill (no foil) and cook over direct heat (still at 275-300 degrees) for 15 minutes until the BBQ sauce has glazed. Be careful not to burn them as the the grill will probably flame up. Its ok to get a light char.
- Remove, cut and serve.
