- Let the source cook with the rib. Stir occasionally. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the source can only cover 1/4 of the rib height
- stir in a table spoon of flour. Quickly stir. Source will slowly become sticky. Add in green part of spring onion when most of the source has sticked onto the ribs.
